NOVA LEAP HEALTH CORP. ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF STRATEGIC ACQUISITION IN NOVA SCOTIA

Nova Leap Health Corp. has completed the strategic acquisition of two affiliated home care services companies with operations in Nova Scotia. Additional information pertaining to the acquisitions is included in the press releases dated Oct. 29, 2024, and Jan. 8, 2025, and the company's management information circular dated Nov. 18, 2024, filed on SEDAR+.

"We're pleased to complete the acquisition and add two new territories in Nova Scotia," said Dana Hatfield, chair of the board of Nova Leap. "We are looking forward to working with the existing management team as we further increase our market presence in the province."

The acquisition was a non-arm's-length transaction pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange policies and was approved by disinterested shareholders of the company at a meeting of shareholders held on Jan. 8, 2025.
