NEW AGE METALS ANNOUNCES THE PASSING OF ITS DIRECTOR JOHN LONDRY

New Age Metals Inc.'s director John Londry has passed away. On behalf of the board of directors and management team, the company extends its deepest sympathies and condolences to his family and friends.

He first joined New Age Metals in 2004 as vice-president, exploration, and became a director of the company in 2009, where he served the shareholders up until his passing. In addition, he was a geologist and mining consultant with Emerald Geological Services and a director of Rockport Capital Corp. He was an experienced seasoned veteran geologist working in mineral exploration since 1969. He was involved in projects ranging from grassroots to advanced and development stages (Holloway, Eagle River and River Valley). He gained a wide and varied experience base in exploration techniques and various commodities. He held senior positions of with Noranda Exploration, Hemlo Gold Mines and Battle Mountain Gold.

Harry Barr, chief executive officer, remarked: "It is with great sadness that we share the news of John's passing. Our entire company, past and present, mourns his passing. John was a well-respected colleague and friend to many. John will be remembered not only for his professionalism, skills and commitment, but for his kindness, generosity and sense of humour. His greatest attribute was that he was a true gentleman. He will be greatly missed to all who had the pleasure to work with and know John."
