Further to its bulletins dated Aug. 8, 2023, and Aug. 9, 2023, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Mogo Inc.'s 1:3 share rollback will be effective at the open on Aug. 14, 2023. According to the TSX, the company's shares will continue trading under the symbol MOGO. The new Cusip number is 60800C 20 8.
