MAPLE LEAF WAS MOVED TO OTC PINK DUE TO DELAY IN FILING OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS FOR YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2023

Maple Leaf Green World Inc.'s common stock, currently traded on the OTCQB market, was moved to the OTC Pink on July 23, 2024, due to delay in filing of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023, annual management's discussion and analysis for the same period and management certifications of annual filings (collectively, the annual filings).

The company also remains subject to a cease trade order issued by the Alberta Securities Commission on July 15, 2024.

The company is working diligently with its auditor to facilitate the completion of the annual filings in a timely manner. The company will issue a further news release when the required filings have been made.
