LI-METAL ANNOUNCES UPDATE RE PROPOSED DELISTING

Li-Metal Corp. is providing an update to its press release dated Sept. 3, 2024, regarding the proposed delisting of its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).

The company and the board have determined that, upon further deliberation and input from shareholders, the company will not be proceeding with its planned delisting of its common shares from the CSE.
