The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of Wyatt Resources Ltd. As consideration, Lycos Energy Inc. made a closing cash payment of $6.5-million and issued 635,640 common shares at a deemed price of $3.6184 per share to shareholders of Wyatt.
