KERMODE ISSUES SHARES FOR SERVICES TO CFO FOR MAY 2024

Kermode Resources Ltd. has provided an update on work completed in May, 2024, under the shares for services agreements with the chief financial officer. See Kermode's news releases dated April 9, 2024, for details.

The closing share price of Kermode on June 3, 2024, was two cents, which shall be the issuance price.

The total amount of services provided by Malaspina Consultants Inc. was $5,000, which will be paid with 333,333 shares of Kermode to Malaspina Consultants. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
