KERMODE ISSUES SHARES UNDER SHARES FOR SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH CEO AND CFO FOR APRIL 2024

Kermode Resources Ltd. completed in April, 2024, transactions under the shares-for-services agreements with the chief executive officer and chief financial officer. See Kermode's news releases dated June 1, 2023, and April 9, 2024, for details.

The issuance price for shares shall be 1.5 cents per share.

The total amount of services provided by the CEO Peter Bell in April, 2024, was $5,000, which will be paid with 333,333 shares of Kermode. The total amount of services provided by the CFO Matthew Anderson through Malaspina Consultants Inc. was $5,000, which will be paid with 333,333 shares of Kermode to Malaspina Consultants Inc. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
