The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the share purchase agreement dated June 25, 2018, between the company, BitUnited Holdings Ltd. and vendors of BitUnited, and the share purchase agreement dated May 30, 2018, between the company, Cryptovolt Holdings Ltd. and vendors of Cryptovolt, whereby the company has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of BitUnited and Cryptovolt in exchange for the issuance of 55 million shares of the company. The transaction is arm's length in nature, and there are no finders' fees on the transaction.
