GLOBAL CROSSING AIRLINES ANNOUNCES ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS
The nominees listed in Global Crossing Airlines Group Inc.'s proxy statement for the 2024 annual meeting of shareholders have been elected as directors of the company. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the annual meeting of shareholders on Nov. 22, 2024, in Miami, Fla., are set out in an attached table.
The election of Paul Martins is subject to the terms of the company's majority voting policy required by Cboe Canada.
Shareholders at the annual meeting also voted in favour of an amendment to the company's employee share purchase plan to increase the number of shares of common stock reserved for issuance by three million shares (see an attached table).
Shareholders at the annual meeting also voted in favour of appointing Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman PA as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024 (see an attached table).
