GLOBAL CROSSING AIRLINES ANNOUNCES ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS

The nominees listed in Global Crossing Airlines Group Inc.'s proxy statement for the 2023 annual meeting of shareholders have been elected as directors of the company. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the annual meeting of shareholders on Dec. 13, 2023, in Miami, Fla., are set out in an attached table.

Shareholders at the annual meeting also voted in favour of appointing Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman PA as auditor.
