IMAGINEAR ISSUES STOCK OPTIONS

ImagineAR Inc. has entered into an arm's-length consulting agreement with a consultant pursuant to which he will assist with the development of new business concepts for the company, create visibility for the company and its products, and identify and facilitate potential partnership opportunities for a 12-month term.

As payment, the company has issued five million stock options to the consultant. The options are exercisable at 7.5 cents per share for a period of three years. The options have been granted in accordance with the company's stock option plan.
