IMAGINEAR CLARIFIES CONVERTIBLE NOTE FINANCING

ImagineAR Inc. is clarifying the information concerning the convertible note financing as set out in the press release dated Aug. 30, 2024.

The convertible notes and interest are convertible at any time by the holder or upon the automatic conversion into units at five cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant exercisable into one common share at seven cents for three years from the date the convertible notes are issued.

The company has received executed subscription agreements and the $125,000 for the first tranche, and intends to issue the convertible notes on Sept. 9, 2024. No finders' fees or commissions will be paid.
