IMINING ANNOUNCES POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

iMining Technologies Inc. will postpone its annual general meeting of shareholders, which was to be held at 10 a.m. Vancouver time on March 31, 2023, to June 30, 2023. The company has requested approval for an extension to the B.C. Registrar of Companies. The specific time and location of the meeting are not yet determined, and the company will deliver a new notice of meeting, management information circular and proxy materials to its shareholders in connection with the meeting, which is expected to be an annual general meeting.

The company is postponing the meeting until its audited financial statements for the year ended May 31, 2022, can be presented to its shareholders at the annual general meeting.

Management is working closely with the company's auditor in order to finalize the audited financial statements.
