(CSE: IMCX, OTCQB: IMIMF, FRA: 3MX) ("Interra" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement ("Private Placement") of 220,000 common shares in its capital (the "Shares") offered at $0.50 per share in order to raise gross proceeds of $110,000. Proceeds from the sale of the Shares will be used for general corporate purposes and to maintain a strong treasury balance for the balance of 2022. All securities issued in connection with the Private Placement will be subject to a hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws of four months and one day from the date of closing of the Private Placement. It is anticipated that the Private Placement will be closed by the end of this month. Closing will be subject to approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
