IA FINANCIAL GROUP PRESENTS NEW MARKET GUIDANCE AT ITS 2025 INVESTOR EVENT

iA Financial Corp. Inc. is hosting an investor event today under the theme Ready for more, the iA way. The event will cover updates on growth strategy, with a particular focus on United States business operations and key objectives for Canadian units. The event will be held in person and streamed live for virtual attendees.

The new market guidance is:

• Core earnings per common share (core EPS): 10-plus-per-cent medium-term annual average growth;
• Core return on common shareholder's equity (core ROE): 17 plus per cent in 2027;
• Organic capital generation: $650-million-plus in 2025;
• Core dividend payout ratio: 25 per cent to 35 per cent.
