IA FINANCIAL GROUP REDEEMS 2.400% SUBORDINATED DEBENTURES DUE FEBRUARY 21, 2030

iA Financial Corp. Inc. has completed the redemption of all of its 2.400 per cent subordinated debentures due Feb. 21, 2030, by payment of the redemption price of $1,012 for each $1,000 principal amount of debentures, being equal to the aggregate of: (i) $1,000; and (ii) all accrued and unpaid interest.
