VANCOUVER, British Columbia, January 12, 2024 - Aman Parmar of 602 - 13737 96 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3V 0C6 announces that on January 11, 2024 he acquired ownership and control over 140,000 common shares (the "Shares") in the capital of HYTN Innovations Inc. (the "Company") through 1428 Investments Inc. (the "Acquisition"). The Shares were acquired through the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange at a per Share price of C$0.0826 for a total cost of C$11,564. Prior to the Acquisition, Mr. Parmar, personally and through 1428 Investments Inc., had ownership and control over 8,371,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Common Shares"), representing approximately 12.42% of the currently issued and outstanding Common Shares, along with 150,000 stock options of the Company exercisable into Common Shares at a price of $0.35 per Common Share. Following the Acquisition, Mr. Parmar, personally and through 1428 Investments Inc., has ownership and control over 8,511,000 Common Shares, representing approximately 12.63% of the currently issued and outstanding Common Shares. Assuming the exercise of all of the stock options of the Company owned and controlled by Mr. Parmar, Mr. Parmar, personally and through 1428 Investments Inc., would have ownership and control over 8,661,000 Common Shares, representing approximately 12.82% of the currently issued and outstanding Common Shares (after giving effect to such option exercise). The Shares were acquired in the ordinary course of Mr. Parmar's investment activities.
