Vancouver, BC - August 1, 2025 - Good Gamer Entertainment Inc. (the "Company" or "Good Gamer") (TSXV: GOOD, OTCQB: GGAMF) announces that Faizaan Lalani has been appointed a Director of the Company, effective July 31, 2025.

Faizaan Lalani is a capital markets consultant with over 6 years of executive leadership and advisory experience, having served as CEO, CFO and independent director for a range of public and private companies across diverse industries. His expertise spans corporate finance, governance, and strategic growth initiatives, with a proven track record in helping companies navigate complex capital markets.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lalani has played a pivotal role in raising capital, leading M&A transactions, and enhancing corporate governance structures. He has advised both established public entities and emerging private companies on deal structure, financing strategies, and strategic planning.

Adam Hudani has resigned as a Director of the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Hudani for his many years of services to the Company and wishes him all the best in future endeavours.
