GOOD GAMER REFILES 2023 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Good Gamer Entertainment Inc. has refiled its consolidated financial statements and corresponding management's discussion and analysis for the year ended March 31, 2023. Due to significant doubts on the reliability of the financial statements audited by the company's previous auditor, BF Borgers CPA PC, the company was required to have its financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2023, reaudited. As a result, the following adjustments were made for prior-year comparative numbers as included in the filing issued as at Aug. 30, 2024:

• Certain accruals relating to general and administrative expenses were reversed.
• The fair value of options issued was adjusted to reflect volatility calculation for similar companies within the industry.
• The line of credit balance from loans payable to accounts payable and accrued liabilities was reclassified.

Pursuant to the reaudit of the financial statements of the company for the year ended 2023, amounts have been restated compared with what was previously reported on SEDAR+.
