Further to its bulletin dated July 22, 2025, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that the initial public offering of GO Residential Real Estate Investment Trust has now closed. According to the TSX, the units of the REIT, which have been trading on an if, as and when-issued basis under the symbol GO.U and with Cusip No. 36272H 10 7, have begun trading on a regular settlement basis under the same symbol and with the same Cusip number, effective July 31, 2025.

Concurrently with the offering, funds, accounts and/or investment vehicles managed by Cohen & Steers Capital Management Inc. (collectively, the cornerstone investor) purchased six million units on a private placement basis at the offering price, for total gross proceeds of $90-million (U.S.). In the event that the overallotment option is exercised in full, the cornerstone investor may, at its option, purchase at the offering price up to 900,000 additional units, exercisable for up to 30 days after the closing date of the offering.
