GAMEON REPORTS RECORD INCOME OF $3.6M IN H1 2024

GameOn Entertainment Technologies Inc. has filed its interim unaudited financial statements for second quarter 2024.

Highlights of the financial statements include record revenue and other income reaching $3.6-million for the six months ended June 30 (328-per-cent increase year on year). Net income for first half reached $686,000 (compared with a net loss of $1.2-million in the same period in 2023).

Income for the period was spearheaded by business-to-business licence, maintenance and software development fees, as well as business-to-consumer avatar sales, in-app purchases and token sales. The company intends to continue scaling both B2B and B2C revenue streams.

"Two thousand twenty-four continues to be a landmark year for the company," said GameOn chief executive officer Matt Bailey. "We're pushing the boundaries as a leader in next-gen sports gaming, reflected in our fundamentals that improve exponentially each quarter and year."

H1 business highlights and subsequent events include:

• Partnered with Sportsology to receive 59 million $GAME tokens through a grant agreement;
• Reported record numbers in 2023 audited financial statements;
• Reported record numbers in first quarter interim unaudited financial statements;
• Launched GameOn Live on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
