ABRDN ASIA-PACIFIC INCOME FUND VCC ANNOUNCES PRICING OF 2025 VOLUNTARY CASH REDEMPTION

Abrdn Asia-Pacific Income Fund VCC's ordinary shares accepted for the 2025 voluntary cash redemption will be redeemed at a rounded price of $3.26 per share in Canadian dollars. This price is equal to 100 per cent of the average net asset value per share based on the three business days preceding the redemption date of March 28, 2025, less direct costs. The pro rata redemption rate will be 0.202 (that is, for every 1,000 shares submitted by a shareholder for redemption, 202 shares will be redeemed). Payment of the redemption proceeds will be made on or before April 17, 2025. Shares that will be redeemed remain eligible for the March, 2025, distribution.
