ABRDN ASIA-PACIFIC INCOME FUND VCC MEETING ADJOURNED TO FRIDAY, MARCH 14, 2025

Abrdn Asia-Pacific Income Fund VCC.'s annual general and special meeting of shareholders was convened as scheduled on March 7, 2025, and adjourned because the required quorum was not present for conducting the special business to consider the amendment to the company's constitution. The adjourned meeting will be held at 8 a.m. Singapore time on March 14, 2025 (8 p.m. EST on March 13, 2025), at the same location. Those members present in person and represented by proxy will constitute a quorum for the transaction of all business at the adjourned meeting.
