The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Fansunite Entertainment Inc. will be delisted at the close on Aug. 21, 2024. On Aug. 15, 2024,the company completed the sale of all of the issued and outstanding shares of FansUnite U.S. Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company that carried on its Betting Hero business, to Hero Group Corp. According to the TSX, the sale constituted the disposition of all or substantially all of the company's undertaking under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).
