ELECTROVAYA ANNOUNCES DATE FOR Q2-2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS & CONFERENCE CALL

Electrovaya Inc. will file and release its second quarter financial results ending March 31, 2025, following the market close on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. This will be followed by a conference call at 5 p.m. ET on the same day, presented by chief executive officer Dr. Raj DasGupta and chief financial officer John Gibson to discuss the financial results and provide a business update.
