The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Electrovaya Inc. will list an additional 5,175,000 common shares at the open on Dec. 18, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $2.15 (U.S.) per share, pursuant to the terms of a prospectus supplement dated Dec. 17, 2024, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated Sept. 17, 2024.
