ELECTROVAYA ANNOUNCES DATE FOR Q4 AND FY-2024 FINANCIAL RESULTS & CONFERENCE CALL

Electrovaya Inc. will file and release its fourth quarter and fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2024, following the market close on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024. This will be followed by a conference call at 5 p.m. ET on the same day, presented by chief executive officer Dr. Raj DasGupta and chief financial officer John Gibson, to discuss the financial results and provide a business update.
