(CSE:ELEM) (OTC:ELMGF) (FSE:7YS) (Element79 Gold, the Company) is pleased to announce that it has filed its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2022 and the interim financial statements for the three months ended November 30, 2022 (together, the Financial Statements), related management discussion and analysis (together, the MD&A) and officer certificates on www.sedar.com, as required by the applicable Canadian Securities laws. The Company previously announced the management cease trade order (MCTO) issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) on January 4, 2023. The MCTO was issued in connection with the filing of the Companys audited annual financial statements for the year ended August 31, 2022 and the related managements discussion and analysis (MD&A) and certifications.
