ENTERPRISE GROUP ANNOUNCES ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS

Enterprise Group Inc. has released voting results of its annual meeting of shareholders held on June 13, 2023. The detailed results of the vote are set out in the attached table.

Election of directors

The nominees as shown in the attached table were elected as directors of the company to hold office until the next annual meeting of the shareholders.

Appointment of auditor

By vote by way of a show of hands, Grant Thornton LLP, chartered professional accountants, of Edmonton, Alta., was appointed as auditor of the company.
