MARGARET LAKE DIAMONDS INC. COMPLETES THE ACQUISITION OF THE MORMON LAKE URANIUM PROPERTY

Further to the news release issued on March 14, 2022, whereby the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the purchase option agreement between Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. and Gold Express Mines Inc. dated Jan. 13, 2022, Margaret Lake has completed the issuance of 500,000 common shares, which was the final requirement to complete the property acquisition. The company now has sole and exclusive rights to the Mormon Lake uranium property consisting of 20 unpatented mining claims located near Payson, Ariz.
