DOMAN BUILDING MATERIALS GROUP LTD. ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF EARLY REDEMPTION OF ITS OUTSTANDING 5.25% SENIOR UNSECURED 2026 NOTES

Doman Building Materials Group Ltd. has completed the previously announced early redemption of all $272,163,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.25 per cent senior unsecured subordinated notes due May 15, 2026. The 2026 notes were redeemed at a redemption price equal to $1,004.60 for each $1,000 principal amount of 2026 notes, representing their principal amount, plus all accrued and unpaid interest thereon up to but excluding the date hereof.

The early retirement of our senior unsecured 2026 notes and the attendant realignment of our debt stack strengthens our balance sheet, demonstrating our ongoing debt retirement strategies.
