CIBC DECLARES DIVIDENDS FOR THE QUARTER ENDING OCTOBER 31, 2022

The board of directors of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce has declared a dividend of 83 cents per share on common shares for the quarter ending Oct. 31, 2022, payable on Oct. 28, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 28, 2022.

The board of directors also declared the following dividends per share:

For the period ending Oct. 31, 2022, payable on Oct. 28, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 28, 2022:

• Series 39 -- 23.2063 cents;
• Series 41 -- 24.4313 cents;
• Series 43 -- 19.6438 cents;
• Series 47 -- 28.1250 cents;
• Series 49 -- 32.5000 cents;
• Series 51 -- 32.1875 cents.
