Effective at the opening, Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2024, the common shares of Nord Precious Metals Mining Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mineral exploration/development company.
