CARLYLE ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT
Carlyle Commodities Corp. has approved the issuance of 2.5 million stock options to certain officers, directors and consultants of the company for the purchase of up to 2.5 million common shares in the capital of the company pursuant to the company's stock option plan. Each option vested immediately and is exercisable for a period of five years at an exercise price of 12.5 cents per share.
