CSE bulletin 2025-0601

Core Assets Corp. has changed its name to Core Silver Corp. and consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidated common share for every 10 preconsolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 12,710,565 common shares.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new name and Cusip number on June 4, 2025.

The symbol will remain the same.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the close of business on June 3, 2025. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
