CASTLEBAR CAPITAL ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED OPTION AGREEMENT

Castlebar Capital Corp. has terminated its previously announced option agreement dated June 7, 2024, with Mosaic Minerals Corp., which was intended to be the company's qualifying transaction. The company will continue to explore other opportunities for completion of its qualifying transaction.
