CASTLEBAR CAPITAL ANNOUNCES $150,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Castlebar Capital Corp. will conduct a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 1.5 million common shares at a purchase price of 10 cents per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $150,000. The proceeds of the offering will be used for identification and evaluation of assets or businesses with a view to completing a qualifying transaction and general working capital purposes. The offering is subject to TSX Venture acceptance of regulatory filings.
