KWG ANNOUNCES PROPOSED DATE FOR CHANGE OF NAME TO THE CANADIAN CHROME COMPANY INC.

Following shareholder approval of KWG Resources Inc.'s proposed name change at the annual and special shareholder meeting held on July 18, 2025, the board of directors of the company determined the proposed date to implement the change of name of the company to The Canadian Chrome Company Inc. The company proposes to file articles of amendment with the applicable governmental agency on or about Aug. 2, 2025, to implement the name change.
