The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Briacell Therapeutics Corp. has rolled back its shares on a one-new-for-15-old basis, effective at the open on Jan. 29, 2025. According to the TSX, the company will continue trading under the symbol BCT. The new Cusip number is 107930 20 8.

The TSX notes that no fractional shares will be issued in connection with the consolidation. Fractional share entitlements less than one-half shall be rounded down, and any and all such fractional shares to which registered holders would otherwise be entitled as a result of the consolidation shall be cancelled. Fractional share entitlements equal to or greater than one-half of a share shall be rounded up. Shareholders must return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates to Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal offices in Toronto.

The TSX has been advised that the shares will begin trading on a postconsolidated basis on the Nasdaq Stock market at the open on Jan. 29, 2025.
