The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Axis Auto Finance Inc. will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX on April 7, 2022. According to the TSX, there will be 126,744,293 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 47,444,004 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol AXIS, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 05465J 10 5.

The TSX reports that Axis Auto is a financial technology lender providing alternative used vehicle financing to consumers located in Canada who do not qualify through traditional sources. The company does not anticipate paying cash dividends on its shares in the foreseeable future. Its transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is June 30.

According to the TSX, Axis Auto may buy back up to 6,907,562 shares, or approximately 10 per cent of its public float, in a normal course issuer bid that commenced Nov. 26, 2021, and that will end on Nov. 25, 2022. The company has purchased 1,735,000 shares to date on the TSX Venture Exchange. Axis Auto has been trading on the TSX-V since July 25, 2016, under the symbol AXIS. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V on April 7, 2022, upon the start of trading on the TSX.
