Pursuant to the company's press release dated June 27, 2025, TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the amendments to an aggregate of 4.7 million common share purchase warrants originally issued pursuant in private placements originally completed on Jan. 29, 2024, and March 1, 2024.

Number of warrants:  700,000

Original expiry date:  Jan. 29, 2026

New expiry date:  Jan. 29, 2027

Original exercise price:  20 cents

New exercise price:  15 cents

Number of warrants:  four million

Original expiry date:  Sept. 1, 2025

New expiry date:  Sept. 1, 2026

Original exercise price:  25 cents

New exercise price:  15 cents

All other terms of the warrants remain unchanged.
