The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a 20-per-cent interest in the Pampa Paciencia property, located in northern Chile, pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated Nov. 2, 2022, with Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A.

Consideration:  1,455,208 common shares with a deemed price of 12 cents per share
