ANDLAUER HEALTHCARE ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER DIVIDEND

Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. will pay its first quarter shareholder dividend (encompassing the period from Jan. 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025) in the amount of 12 cents per subordinate voting share and multiple voting share. Payment will be made on April 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as at March 31, 2025.
