In connection with the NEO Exchange listing, the Company's securities will be delisted from the Canadian TMX Group's venture exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), after market close on September 19, 2022. Existing shareholders will experience no disruptions and are not required to take any action as a result of the uplisting to one of Canada's senior stock exchanges, the NEO Exchange.
