The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Ag Growth International Inc.'s 7.50 per cent senior subordinated unsecured debentures will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on June 6, 2025, for trading at the open on June 9, 2025. According to the TSX, the debentures will trade under the symbol AFN.DB.K, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 001181 AQ 9.

As stated in its short form prospectus dated June 4, 2025, the company is issuing $85-million principal amount of debentures, in the minimum principal amount of $1,000 each, in a public offering that is expected to close before the open on June 9, 2025. The debentures will mature on June 30, 2030, and will pay interest semi-annually in arrears on June 30 and Dec. 31 each year at 7.50 per cent per year.

Assuming the offering closes on June 9, 2025, the initial interest payment of $42.1232 per $1,000 principal amount of debentures will be made on Dec. 31, 2025. The TSX notes that the debentures will not be convertible into common shares of the company at the option of the holders at any time.
