ANFIELD ENERGY INC. PROVIDES UPDATE ON PROPOSED PLAN OF ARRANGEMENT

Anfield Energy Inc. has provided an update to the proposed plan of arrangement between the company and IsoEnergy Ltd., which was approved at the company's special meeting of shareholders held on Dec. 3, 2024.

Following receipt of shareholder approval at the meeting, the arrangement remains subject to certain closing conditions, including receipt of a final order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The hearing in respect of the final order began on Dec. 9, 2024, and is expected to continue on Dec. 13, 2024. A shareholder of Anfield has filed a response to petition, opposing the granting of the final order, and appeared at the hearing. A judgment in respect of the final order is expected before the end of December, and the arrangement is expected to close shortly thereafter.

Anfield continues to believe that the arrangement represents compelling value for all Anfield shareholders.
