ARCTIC STAR ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UNITS

Further to the news releases dated July 26, 2024, and Sept. 17, 2024, the TSX Venture Exchange has granted Arctic Star Exploration Corp. an extension from Sept. 27, 2024, to Oct. 2, 2024, to close its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units of the company. The company now expects to close the offering on Oct. 2, 2024. For additional information on the offering, please refer to the company's news release on July 26, 2024.
