ARCTIC STAR ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UNITS

Further to Arctic Star Exploration Corp.'s news release dated July 26, 2024, the TSX Venture Exchange has granted the company an extension from Sept. 17, 2024, to Sept. 27, 2024, to close its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units of the company.
