AIRTEST SELLS 1200 SENSORS TO AIR HANDLING EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER
ATI Airtest Technologies Inc. has sold 1,200 CO2 (carbon dioxide) sensors to an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) customer.
The long-time customer of the company uses the sensors as part of the air handling equipment that it manufactures. The sale is representative of a number of OEM customers that the company sells various sensors to for the purpose of larger equipment sales.
Lorne Stewart, Airtest's president, commented: "We continue to have success providing sensors to a wide range of OEM customers. This business is a nice addition to our growing number of mechanical contractors and HVAC [heating, ventilation and air conditioning] wholesalers the represent the bulk of Airtest's sales efforts."
